Non-Fiction Ghostwriters!

We are looking for a native English speaker who can deliver well-written and researched long-form content on a variety of topics, ranging from education, and self-help, to travel, and fitness.

It doesn't matter if you are a new graduate or someone who has been working in the field for years. Publish Pages is currently hiring for several positions for non-fiction ghostwriters, who will be responsible for delivering in-depth, quality content to our clients. 

Writers with paid experience are strongly preferred. 

As a Freelance Writer for Publish Pages, you will be a crucial part of our creative team! We're looking for people who are excellent at both writing and self-management. This means that you'll be capable of completing tasks on time, taking criticism, and accepting feedback with grace. We expect you to be able to write professionally and self-edit your work. 

 

As this is a ghostwriting job, you must be comfortable writing on behalf of a client, and you will release all rights of the finished work to the client. You will not receive direct credit for your written work.

We are looking for writers who:

• Are able to research, write and edit long-form, unique manuscripts on a wide range of topics
• Are extremely reliable, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines
•  Are comfortable with the idea of writing for payment and being treated as a professional writer

Our service rate is $15 per 1,000 words. Projects range from 10,000 to 200,000 words, giving you great earning potential.

- You must be a native English writer and speaker currently residing in Canada, The United States, Australia, The United Kingdom, or South Africa. If you are a native English speaker living abroad, feel free to apply. We expect all work submitted to be in Standard US English.

- You must be a deadline-oriented freelancer, our clients have time-sensitive projects, and as such, you must be able to meet their strict deadlines. As such, we require our writers to have an average writing pace of 2,000 to 3,000 words per day. (Of course, you will be given adequate time to complete a project).

- You must be familiar with, and or willing to research the most current trends and developments within your subject area.

- You must be able to work within a given deadline. You must work efficiently, and be able to meet deadlines without having to check in constantly.

- You must have a PayPal account for receiving payments.

- You must have a reliable and steady Internet connection.

- Your work must be original, plagiarism is grounds for immediate firing and withholding of funds.

- You must only apply if you have long-term availability.

- You must be available throughout the day to be able to respond to the project manager and any messages from the client.

- You must be responsible, reliable, with open and honest communication, and willing to build strong relationships with our clients.

- You must pass a test sample of either a 500 word essay, or a 1,500 word short educational article on a topic of your choice.

-Start out by telling us a bit about yourself! (Prior occupation, interests, favorite books, any other fun facts about yourself that you’d like to add). 

- Choose three non-fiction genres you are the most comfortable and interested in ghostwriting. Please also let us know which genres you feel most uncomfortable or disinterested writing in, and let us know the reason why. 

Your submissions must be in doc, docx or pdf format, we will also require you you provide a google docs link so the client can see the progression of the manuscript.

Please be sure to double-check your submission and application for grammar, spelling errors, flow, etc. The sample must be your own original work, and you must still own the copyright to these works. (This means you cannot submit something ghostwritten for a client for this application).

We may request a photo ID and your resume for verification purposes. Due to the number of applications we receive daily, please allow us a least two weeks to get back to you.
